Verdes by Haven
Verdes is the apartment neighbourhood inside Haven by Aldar, the developer's first Dubai community in Dubailand. The buildings sit at the edge of Haven's central park and wadi, with one- to three-bedroom residences, including forest- and polo-view blocks released in later phases.
Public sales opened in July 2024 from AED 990,000 on a 60/40 payment plan. Current listings run from around AED 1.1M to AED 4.2M, and resale averages sit near AED 1.43M for one-bedrooms and AED 1.97M for two-bedrooms.
Handover is guided for the second quarter of 2028, with some sources citing the third quarter. Later phases of Verdes continue to launch as the Haven masterplan progresses.
