Mr. C Residences Jumeirah is a low-rise branded development by ALTA Real Estate Development on the Dubai Water Canal in Jumeirah 2, carrying the Cipriani family's Mr. C hospitality brand.
Sales opened in October 2021 from about AED 18M to 18.5M on a 50/50 plan; current asking prices on resale run far higher.
The project completed in early 2024 and is now a ready, resale-only building.
