Azizi Aliyah
Azizi Aliyah is a serviced-residence tower in Dubai Healthcare City, close to Dubai Creek and the Al Jaddaf waterfront, offering studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments between roughly 470 and 2,500 sq ft.
Resale studios are currently listed near AED 600K. Launch-era pricing is reported inconsistently, from around AED 512K for serviced units up to AED 1.19M, and historic payment plans ranged from 20/40/40 to a 1% booking structure with 70% on handover.
The tower was completed on schedule in the second quarter of 2019 and is fully operational.
