Riviera 65 is part of the fourth phase of Azizi Riviera, the lagoon-centred masterplan in Meydan, Mohammed Bin Rashid City.
Sales opened in June 2022 with a launch price around AED 985,000 and a 10/30/60 plan; some portals recorded a slightly higher figure of about AED 1.04M.
Delivery was scheduled for early 2025 and the building was reported handed over during that year.
