Sales began in May 2025 with a 10/20/70 structure: 10% at launch, 20% across construction instalments and 70% on handover. Launch pricing is not consistently published; one aggregator cites studios from about AED 1.21M, which should be verified.
Delivery is scheduled for May 2027 (Q2 2027).
