The developer's own blog listed a starting price of AED 655,000, while brokers quote AED 695,000 to 730,000, on a 20/50/30 schedule; a two-bedroom transacted at about AED 2.25M in September 2025.
Handover was initially shown as Q1 2026, but the most recent listings cite Q4 2027; the developer has not published a firm date on some broker pages.
