Rukan Villas is the townhouse and twin-house component of the Rukan community in Wadi Al Safa, Dubailand, developed by Continental Investment Company alongside the Rukan Lofts and Rukan Tower.
Entry pricing was around AED 1.35M for homes of roughly 2,200 to 4,000 sq ft, with 20% on booking, 40% during construction and 40% spread over two years after handover.
The community reached completion in 2024, with resale and rental stock now available.
