Le Presidium comprises two residential buildings, Le Presidium 1 and 2, developed by Credo Investments FZE in Dubai Silicon Oasis with one- and two-bedroom apartments, a swimming pool and a fully equipped gym.
Registered sales show one-bedrooms trading between roughly AED 655,000 and 990,000 and two-bedrooms from about AED 1.07M to 1.45M, while current asks for two-bedrooms reach AED 1.55M to 1.6M. Annual rents run AED 46,000 to 75,000 for one-bedrooms.
