Carson A studios traded between AED 465,000 and 620,000 in spring 2026, and brokers quote an entry point near AED 540,000; rents average about AED 50,000 for studios and AED 127,000 for two-bedrooms.
The towers were completed between September 2020 and April 2021 depending on the source, and all units are ready.
