Golf Gate 2 is a residential tower inside DAMAC Hills with outlooks across the fairways of Trump International Golf Club Dubai. The apartments are positioned at the premium end of DAMAC’s DAMAC Hills stock.
DAMAC Hills is the strongest argument here. Unlike Lagoons or Riverside, it is a mature, delivered community with an operating championship golf course, schools, retail and an established resident base. You are buying into infrastructure that exists rather than infrastructure that is promised.
