Morocco Phase 2 extends the Moroccan-inspired cluster of DAMAC Lagoons with a further release of townhouses and large villas set along the lagoons.
The Phase 2 project page quotes a launch price of AED 3.2M and a range of roughly AED 2.9M to AED 37M; developer-linked agents list four-bedroom townhouses from about AED 2.85M. Recent 2026 resales of 1,550 sq ft four-bedroom townhouses closed around AED 2.5M to AED 2.63M.
