This is the most interesting entry in Danube’s range because of where it sits. AED 1.1 million buys into the Marina corridor — two minutes from JLT — at a price closer to Silicon Oasis than to Marina itself. Combined with a 0.5% monthly plan, that is roughly AED 5,500 a month for a location that genuinely rents.
