Entry pricing cited across listing portals starts near AED 1.45 million for a one-bedroom, with larger residences reaching well into the AED 8 million range; original launch terms included a 5% booking amount.
The phase has been handed over, with the final 50% instalment having fallen due at completion around March 2023, so the buildings today trade on the secondary market.
