Ritaj is a residential complex of eleven six-storey buildings in Dubai Investments Park, delivered by Dubai Investments Real Estate, the property arm of Dubai Investments PJSC. The scheme totals 2,024 apartments, weighted towards studios with a smaller mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom homes.
Resale listings start near AED 645K for ready units, while rentals run around AED 40K to 50K for studios and AED 65K for one-bedrooms. The community's scale keeps pricing steady and liquidity reasonable.
Deliveries began in 2012 and the complex is fully occupied, popular with professionals working in Jebel Ali and the Expo corridor. Earlier reports cited more than 2,200 units at planning stage before the final 2,024-unit count.
