La Rosa is a multi-phase townhouse collection within Villanova, Dubai Properties' Mediterranean-inspired family community in Dubailand, offering three- and four-bedroom homes of roughly 1,947 to 2,333 sq ft.
Early phases launched from about AED 1.28 million, with later releases such as La Rosa VI starting closer to AED 1.4 million on a 50/50 structure that spread half the price across construction.
The phases were delivered progressively between 2021 and 2024, with La Rosa VI recorded as handed over in early 2024; the community is now fully established with resale and rental activity.
