Burj Royale was marketed as the final opportunity to buy directly from Emaar in Downtown Dubai, a slender tower with one- to three-bedroom homes oriented toward Burj Khalifa and the Fountain.
Launch pricing started near AED 1.47M for one-bedroom units and about AED 2.75M for three bedrooms; recent resales have reached AED 1.8M to 1.96M for one-bedroom units and AED 3.3M to 5.4M for two bedrooms.
The tower was completed around October 2022 and is fully handed over, so buyers now trade in the secondary market.
