Elie Saab Villas
Elie Saab Villas brings the Lebanese couturier's design language to Emaar's Arabian Ranches III, with four- and five-bedroom standalone villas in a freehold community.
The first release launched around AED 4.65 million and phase 2 from about AED 4.82 million. Both phases sold out; resale villas now list roughly AED 6.6M to 8.1M.
Completion was scheduled for late 2025, so buyers today are looking at near-ready or completed homes rather than off-plan risk.
