Expo Golf Villas 6 is the sixth phase of one of Emaar South's most popular villa clusters, next to the golf course and close to Expo City Dubai.
Launch pricing was about AED 1.4M to 1.5M, rising to around AED 1.8M for larger four-bedroom villas, on a 10/60/30 plan. Earlier phases launched from AED 999,888.
Delivery was scheduled for Q4 2025, so these homes are now completed or completing.
