Sunset is one of the low-rise beachfront buildings at Creek Beach, the sandy-shore district of Dubai Creek Harbour, with one- to four-bedroom apartments facing the lagoon and the Creek skyline.
Launch pricing started around AED 1,164,888, although some broker pages quote higher starting figures of around AED 2.2 million to 2.3 million for later releases; the original offer carried a 60/40 plan with two years post-handover.
Handover was completed in 2022 according to most records, with other sources citing late 2021 to 2023, and resale one-bedrooms have been listed around AED 1.3 million.
