The Cove is Emaar's first waterfront collection at Dubai Creek Harbour, comprising Buildings 1 to 3 along the Creek promenade with one- to three-bedroom apartments; The Cove II later extended the enclave with further buildings.
Resale one-bedrooms in Building 1 have been listed around AED 2.1 million, with three-bedroom homes around AED 4.35 million; older 2020-era figures are no longer representative.
The first phase is completed and handed over, so homes are available on the secondary market with immediate occupancy.
