Launch-era pricing began near AED 470K, but current listings put one-bedroom units between roughly AED 1.25M and 1.61M on a 25/45/30 plan; an alternative structure with 45% post-handover has also been advertised.
The developer's RERA filing targets handover in 2026, with recent listings citing September 2026, although some older sources quote 2025 or later dates.
