Axis Residence is a cluster of mid-rise freehold buildings by Gulf General Investment Company (GGICO) in Dubai Silicon Oasis, numbered Axis 1 through 8 plus Axis Silver, offering studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments.
Resale asks begin around AED 330,000 for studios on some portals, with one-bedrooms historically from about AED 360,000 and two-bedrooms from AED 530,000; newer listings quote entry points nearer AED 510,000. One-bedroom rents sit around AED 53,000 a year.
The earliest buildings were completed around 2009 and the main phase handed over in 2012, so the cluster is fully occupied and trades actively on the secondary market.
