Pricing differs sharply by source: launch-era listings quoted from about AED 535,000 on a 10/25/5/60 structure, while current resale portals cite AED 850,000 and above. The building is sold as ready stock.
Launched in 2015 and handed over around January 2020, the project was released for sale once construction passed the halfway mark.
