Launch pricing was around AED 750,000 to 850,000 on a 20/15/25/40 schedule that defers 40% until after handover; resale studios list near AED 850K.
Sales opened on 31 January 2025, construction was about 40% complete by April 2026 and handover is expected in Q2 2028 (some records say December 2027).
