Entry pricing is quoted from about AED 19.59 million, while prime 24,000 sq ft plots are listed at AED 150 to 180 million; a record plot sale of around USD 50 million has been reported on the island.
The developer has sold out, so all availability is on the secondary market, with completed villas on plots marketed up to AED 180 million.
