Pearl Jumeira is a Meraas-developed island off Jumeirah 1 offering more than 300 freehold plots for bespoke villas and mansions, with Meraas supplying the infrastructure and owners commissioning their own homes.
Meraas does not publish plot prices; resale listings show plots of roughly 10,000 to 11,000 sq ft at AED 15 to 18.75 million, while completed villas on the island are marketed from about AED 21 million to well above AED 100 million.
The island's infrastructure is complete and plots trade on the secondary market, with owners building to individual designs.
