Dragon Towers is Nakheel's first residential project in Dragon City, a pair of 37-storey towers with 571 one- and two-bedroom apartments each, directly connected to the Dragon Mart retail complex.
Sales opened in September 2018 with prices from AED 449,000; the AED 713 million project was built by Ali Mousa & Sons Contracting.
Completion was targeted for 2021 and one portal records the towers as completed in September 2021; the buildings are ready and let.
