Nakheel did not publish list pricing in the announcement; one broker listing quotes the Beach Collection on Frond F from about AED 29.3 million, which should be confirmed directly.
The release was unveiled on 20 August 2026 and handover is phased, starting late 2026 and continuing through 2027.
