Expected layouts run from three-bedroom townhouses of around 2,500 sq ft to five-bedroom villas of around 5,600 sq ft. Indicative pricing starts around AED 3.8–3.9 million for townhouses and AED 8–9 million for villas, with handover expected in Q4 2029.
