Entry pricing is quoted from AED 3.3 million by one source and AED 4.7 million by another; one-bedroom averages run from about AED 3.9 to 5.6 million and three-bedrooms from AED 6.2 to 8 million, with registered prices around AED 3,000 to 3,400 per sq ft.
Completion was in April 2013 and the buildings are fully occupied with an active resale market.
