Asking prices in the secondary market begin around AED 14.5M, with brokers citing starting figures as high as AED 28M for larger layouts. In May 2024 a penthouse sold for AED 139M, the highest-value sale recorded in the Burj Khalifa district at the time.
The Lana opened in 2024 and the residences are complete and occupied.
