Resale asking prices run from roughly AED 1.4M to 5.3M, with 2025 two-bedroom transactions recorded between about AED 2.3M and 2.95M and two-bedroom rents near AED 220,000 per year.
The building was completed in late 2020 to 2021 after a prolonged construction history, and is now a fully occupied resale and rental community.
