Launch pricing started around AED 2.5M to 2.6M; brokers have marketed 50/50, 20/80 and 30/70 post-handover structures at different times, so terms should be confirmed on the sales agreement.
Handover was scheduled for Q2 2026, with construction reported around 70% in spring 2026, so completion is imminent or recently achieved.
