Cubix Residences
Cubix Residences is QUBE Development's first project in Jumeirah Village Circle, a mid-rise building of studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments.
Launch pricing was around AED 660,000–693,000 for studios; a post-handover payment structure was offered at launch, with sources describing 50% of the price payable after handover.
The building sold out ahead of completion and was handed over in 2025; units now trade on the resale market, where studios have been listed around AED 670,000.
