Verdana 6 follows Verdana 5 within Reportage Properties' Dubai Investments Park community, offering studio to four-bedroom apartments alongside two- to four-bedroom townhouses with shared pools, gyms and landscaped courtyards.
Starting prices are quoted between AED 490K and AED 650K depending on the source, with three- and four-bedroom townhouses listed from around AED 1.9M. A 30/70 payment plan is the most frequently cited structure.
Handover is guided for the fourth quarter of 2029 by most sources, though some listings show mid-2029 or late 2028. The phase benefits from the same Expo City and Jebel Ali proximity as earlier Verdana releases.
