Verdana Residence 2 is the second apartment building within Reportage Properties' Verdana community in Dubai Investments Park, with studios from about 377 sq ft through to three-bedroom units, and a rooftop pool, gym and children's play areas.
The developer's launch price was AED 798,000, though resale listings now show smaller units from around AED 520K and one-bedrooms near AED 700K. Studio to two-bedroom averages across the wider Verdana Residence product sit between roughly AED 416K and AED 824K.
Delivery was originally guided for late 2024 and is now reported for the fourth quarter of 2026, placing the building close to completion. It sits within walking distance of the Expo Metro station.
