Fairmont Residences Dubai Skyline is a branded tower in Sufouh Gardens, Al Sufouh, brought to market by RSG Group with VA Properties under Accor's Fairmont brand.
At the November 2023 launch two-bedroom homes started around AED 7.5M, with top residences above AED 50M; a 50/50 plan with a three-year post-completion tail was offered.
The tower is under construction; no firm handover quarter appeared in search results.
