Entry pricing is reported between roughly AED 886K at launch and AED 1.3M more recently, on a 40/60 payment structure with the balance due on handover. Some aggregators quote larger units from AED 3.9M.
Select Group has begun handing over Peninsula Five as part of a phased delivery of the wider Peninsula community through 2026; the developer has reported closing out sales across the AED 1.9bn masterplan.
