Imperial Avenue
Imperial Avenue is the Middle East flagship of Indian conglomerate Shapoorji Pallonji: a 45-storey tower of roughly 424 residences positioned on the Downtown Dubai boulevard network, a short walk from Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa.
Entry pricing from the developer was cited around AED 1.65M to 1.7M, with an unusually generous structure of 10% on booking, 10% on completion and the remaining 80% spread across three years after handover. Resale listings now run from roughly AED 2.1M for one-bedroom layouts to AED 4M for three-bedroom homes.
Construction began in 2016 and the tower has been through several published completion dates; the building is now complete and occupied, with the developer's original inventory largely sold out and secondary-market units trading at around AED 3,200 per sq ft.
