Sobha Daffodil is a completed residential complex in District 13 of Jumeirah Village Circle, split into Wing A and Wing B and offering studios through three-bedroom apartments.
The building handed over in mid-2010 with pricing from about AED 645,000; current resale asking prices run from roughly AED 490,000 for studios to AED 1.8 million for larger units, with one-bedrooms around AED 850,000 to 1.05 million.
The project is fully complete and trades on the secondary market, with recent two-bedroom sales recorded between AED 1.0 and 1.35 million in 2026.
