The Woods is a private woodland enclave within Sobha Sanctuary, occupying one of the masterplan's most protected positions — framed by expansive parkland and connected by green links. Stepped residential towers sit among formal garden courts and water features.

The stepped-tower form matters practically: terracing means more units get direct light and outlook onto the parkland rather than onto neighbouring buildings, which is unusual in Dubai tower design and supports both rent and resale.

Sobha releases The Woods in phases, so availability and specification shift between releases. Confirm which phase you are being offered and what is actually left in it.
