Palace Towers is a two-tower development by Tameer Holding in the centre of Dubai Silicon Oasis, combining 424 residential apartments with 150 office suites and ground-floor retail.
Studio resale asks sit around AED 420,000 to 445,000, with the wider DSO range for comparable stock running to about AED 840,000 for larger units. Studios rent for roughly AED 43,000 to 45,000 a year and two-bedrooms around AED 80,000.
Construction ran from 2007 to 2009 and the towers were declared complete in July 2009, making this one of the longest-standing addresses in the district.
