Green Community Motor City Villas
Green Community Motor City is the villa and townhouse quarter of Union Properties' Motor City master plan, with three- to five-bedroom homes set around a lake and dense landscaping; roughly 286 villas are recorded, most of them three- and four-bedroom.
Four-bedroom villas were quoted from about AED 3M in 2021, while recent registered medians sit higher, around AED 3.75M on one dataset and considerably more for the largest lakeside homes; portal ranges run roughly AED 1.7M to 5.8M across townhouses and villas.
Launched in 2005 and delivered from 2010, the community is mature, with later Casa Familia and Casa Flores phases added by other developers.
