Launch pricing started around AED 763K, with Mirdad 4 listed from about AED 817K; plans are reported as 60/40, 50/50 and a 20/30/50 variant depending on the portal.
Launched in October 2025 and broken ground in December 2025, completion is targeted for Q4 2028.
