Lawncrest
Lawncrest is the fifth residential project by Dubai boutique developer Zimaya Properties — a AED 185 million, ten-storey building of 183 studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments in Dubai Production City, with views across the Jumeirah Golf Estates greens.
Specification includes Teka kitchen appliances, a Technogym partnership and home automation. Roughly half the units sold within the first three weeks of launch, and four of Zimaya's previous projects sold out.
Studios start from AED 595,000. Handover date and payment-plan detail were not published at launch, and a boutique developer carries more delivery risk than a master developer — check escrow and construction milestones.
