About The Cape

The Cape is Al Barari's closing residential chapter, unveiled in November 2025 to mark the developer's twentieth year: 286 apartments in three low-rise buildings set among the community's botanical landscaping.

One-bedroom residences launched from about AED 3.4 million, with sizes from 1,174 to 4,437 sq ft on a 5/45/50 plan; a two-bedroom resale has since been listed at AED 7.1M.

Groundbreaking took place in February 2026 and handover is scheduled for 31 December 2028.
