About DAMAC Islands
DAMAC Islands Phase 1 launched in December 2024 and sold out within 24 hours, generating AED 10.2 billion across 3,164 units. The launch set a Guinness World Record for the highest revenue from a real estate launch in a single day.
The masterplan is themed around island destinations, with townhouses from AED 2.25 million and villas reaching AED 18.9 million. The payment structure is 75/25 with a 10% booking deposit. As of June 2026 Phase 1 was in active construction with handover targeted for Q4 2028.
A sell-out of that speed tells you about launch-day demand and DAMAC's distribution reach — it does not by itself tell you about end-user demand at handover. Large-volume launches can produce concentrated resale supply when handover approaches, which is worth factoring into any exit plan.
