Marina Terrace is a 183-metre, 38-storey residential tower in Dubai Marina announced by DAMAC in 2002 and completed in 2006, with roughly 189 to 200 one- to three-bedroom apartments overlooking the marina.
The top two floors hold duplex penthouses of about 4,035 to 5,409 sq ft with four or five bedrooms. No current sale pricing surfaced in search results.
The tower is long completed and trades on the secondary market.
