The project
About Tria
Tria is a three-winged tower in Dubai Silicon Oasis, built around a sustainability brief with refined interiors and a distinctive tri-wing plan.
The three-wing form is functionally useful, not just architectural: it gives more units two aspects and cuts the number of homes facing directly into a neighbouring wing. In a district where most towers are single-slab, that shows up in both light and rent.
Silicon Oasis is a working district — tech and business park employment, Silicon Central Mall, good road access. Tenant demand is steady and rental yields hold up, but capital appreciation will trail the waterfront communities.
