About Canal Residence West
Canal Residence West is Dubai Sports City's signature Mediterranean-style collection of five themed towers — Venetian, Mediterranean, European, Spanish Andalusian and Arabian — of 12 to 20 storeys along the Sports City canal, designed by Diar Consult.
Together the towers hold around 987 apartments; Spanish Andalusian studios list from roughly AED 480,000, one-bedrooms around AED 730,000 and two-bedrooms up to AED 1.4 million, with rents of about AED 42,000 to 97,000 a year.
The Mediterranean, European and Venetian towers were delivered first, with Spanish and Arabian completed most recently; all five are now handed over.
